Our Custom Costume Order Process
Ordering a made-to-measure rhythmic gymnastics costume with VA Costumes is simple, transparent, and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:
1. Submit Your Request
Complete our Custom Costume Request Form (link below) with your ideas, preferred colours, and competition timeline.
2. Receive a Quote
We’ll review your request and provide you with an estimated quotation based on your design.”
3. Measurements
Arrange a convenient time for us to take accurate body measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
4. Design Discussion
We’ll share sketches and design concepts, discuss fabrics, embellishments, and final details. A detailed 2D drawing with key gem placements will be provided, and adjustments can be made until you’re fully satisfied.
5. Approval & Agreement
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll confirm the order, issue the final quotation, and proceed with production.
6. Fitting Session
Try on the base costume to check comfort and mobility. Adjustments will be made if necessary. Depending on the type of changes, an additional fitting may be required. Once the fit is approved, we’ll proceed with gemming.
7. Collection
We’ll notify you once your costume is ready. Collect your completed costume — tailored and stage-ready for training or competition.
8. Free One-Time Adjustment
Enjoy one complimentary adjustment within 2 weeks of collection to guarantee a flawless fit.

Our Costume Rental Process
Renting a rhythmic gymnastics costume with VA Costumes is simple, affordable, and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:
1. Browse the Collection
Explore our Rental Gallery and choose from a variety of stunning, competition-ready costumes.
2. Submit Your Request
Fill in the Rental Request Form (link below) with your selected costume(s), competition date, and gymnast details.
3. Confirmation & Quotation
We’ll check availability and send you a rental quotation, including the rental fee and refundable deposit.
4. Secure Your Booking
Confirm your costume and make payment (rental fee + security deposit) to secure the booking.
5. Collection
Pick up your costume up to 5 days before your competition. Each piece is professionally cleaned and prepared for wear.
6. Shine in Competition
Perform with confidence, knowing your costume is fitted and stage-ready for your event.
7. Return the Costume
Return the costume within 5 days after the competition — no washing required. We’ll handle the cleaning.
8. Deposit Refund
Once the costume is returned in good condition, your refundable deposit will be issued back to you.

Rental Policy
We want every gymnast to shine worry-free, while keeping our costumes competition-ready for future athletes. Please review our rental terms below:
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount depends on the costume’s design and embellishments.
Condition of Return
Costumes must be returned clean and in the same condition as when received. Please handle costumes with care to avoid stains, tears, or loss of rhinestones and embellishments.
Damage & Deductions
In the event of damage, missing embellishments, or stains, part or all of the security deposit may be withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.
Late Returns
Costumes must be returned within the agreed rental period. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Non-Refundable Fees
The rental fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, even if the costume is not used.
Deposit Refund
Deposits will be refunded in full once the costume is returned on time, in acceptable condition, and passes inspection. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
