  • returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.

  • if sizing doesnโ€™t fit, we offer a one-time exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • returned items for exchange must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

  • report faulty items within 3 days of delivery.
  • please include clear photos and your order number.
